The Pediatrics Clerkship is an eight week rotation. You will be trained at one of the four sites listed below:

Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte

Site Director: Ed Spence, MD

Four student slots are available during each rotation. All eight weeks will be spent in Charlotte

Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro

Site Director: Suresh Nagappan , MD

Four student slots are available during each rotation. All eight weeks will be spent in Greensboro

Wake Medical Center in Raleigh

Site Director: David Ingram , MD

Four student slots are available during each rotation. All eight weeks will be spent at WakeMed

North Carolina Children's Hospital in Chapel Hill

Clerkship Directors: Julie Byerley, MD, MPH and Kenya McNeal-Trice, MD

Sixteen student slots are available during each rotation. Five weeks will be spent at the NC Children's Hospital at UNC; the other three weeks will be spent in the Wake, Northwest, Eastern, or Coastal AHEC.
